Let me start by saying that I don't want your opinion on whether you think Lil wayne is the best rapper alive. Any negative Weezy F Baby comments will be deleted because this blog is my therapy, not a place for you to bash Wayne cause I'm not asking you for your opinion.
I love Michael Jackson. I had the glove, the Thriller jacket, the jeri curl and everything, but I often use to wonder why did people faint or cry when he came around. I totally understand now. If Weezy comes around, am I going to cry? No. But I feel that type of connection that Michael Jackson's fans felt. I can't get enough of his flow. Every other thought of mine is a Weezy line.
Everyone was saying Hip Hop is dead. I just thought I was getting older and wanted to listen to morning radio shows and a few cd's. I've always listened to Lil Wayne and Cash Money just like I did all other Hip Hop Artists but my husband told me to listen to this Lil Wayne mixtape he had, titled Holly Grove's Finest. At first, I didn't listen throughly, on the second time around, I was addicted. Hip Hop was really dead to me. Wayne has brought a whole new life, on a whole new level to the game. I'm not a groupie. I'm seriously addicted to his flow. This blog is my therapy. My mind is consumed with his lyrics and I seriously need an outlet. Each time I blog, I will start with a set of his lyrics that..... (I have no words to describe his flow).
Shall we begin?
Okay, my leather so soft but don't think I ain't hard
B%%^&h say Weezy make it rain, I say B%%^&h I ain't God
But I am God's son, but you know I ain't Nas
See, he got a positive aim, and I aim nines
Man, little Weezy got a style that even I can't find
Man, some ish just be so hard, I be like that line ain't mine
And if that is under a gram, then that line ain't mine
And if you n*&()s talking war, well B%%^&h, it's combat time
